Return & Refund Policy
At Spiritarium, every item is made just for you — printed on demand after you place an order. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure that each piece carries intention and care.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if your order was placed with the wrong size, color, or if you've simply changed your mind.
Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors
If your order arrives with a defect or was damaged during production, we're here to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- If multiple items are affected, a photo (or video) showing all of them together in one frame
We will gladly offer a free reprint or a refund.
You do not need to return the damaged item.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your Spiritarium account balance, which you may withdraw to your original payment method.
- Please note: At this time, we only accept payments in USD (United States Dollar).
What We Don’t Cover
We cannot offer refunds or reprints in the following situations:
- The customer ordered the wrong size or color
- The customer changed their mind after placing the order
- Minor variations in print placement (a tolerance of 0.5" is accepted for DTG products)
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages — in these cases, you may request a reprint at an additional cost
